About Soaring Horse

Mission Statement

Soaring Horse Holistic Equine Therapy is the culmination of the primary forces that have shaped my life. As a horse owner, I understand the desire to have a happy healthy horse. I also understand the struggles. I have blended my passions and my unique education to offer horses the opportunity to rebalance their physical structure. As the horse feels better, they are able to be a better partner. It is my goal to help horse owners support their horses and therefore move forward with their goals. I seek to be a part of the larger picture of equine care, which includes veterinary, farrier, chiropractic, acupuncture, herbal and other complimentary healing modalities.

Session Info

What does a SOARING HORSE SESSION look like?

I assess each horse from a holistic point of view, which means I look at the big picture, break it down into manageable pieces and apply my skills to help the horse regain balance or homeostasis, if you will. I feel the quality of the muscles, find structural misalignment, assess the horse’s demeanor and ask pointed questions that help me understand the horse, owner and goals for the horse’s performance. When possible, I watch the horse move to see how compensation is impacting locomotion. Every session is tailored to the individual horse’s needs. I incorporate body work, Light Therapy Balance and BEMER into each session. Appointments generally run an hour to an hour and a half and culminate with discussion about the session, suggestions going forward and a write up that helps both the owner and myself track the horse’s progress.
